A military-themed museum: multi-platform service

We built a multi-platform service across website, WeChat official account, mini program, app and on-site self-service kiosks, unifying multi-channel inventory sync with booking and ticketing so online service and on-site operations stay consistent.

CHALLENGE

The same service has to hold up across every channel and on-site

Visitor services are spread across the website, WeChat official account, mini program, app and on-site kiosks. If each channel works in isolation, you get inconsistent inventory, booking that doesn't match ticketing, and queues on site. The hard part is making every channel share one set of business rules and real-time inventory — serving both the online experience and on-site operation.

SOLUTION · What we did

Multi-platform + unified inventory and booking/ticketing

  • Built website, WeChat, mini program, app and on-site kiosks covering online and offline entry points.
  • Unified multi-channel inventory sync to avoid overselling and mismatched data.
  • Standardized the booking and ticketing flow so online bookings check in smoothly on site.
  • Supported stable operation and a consistent experience during peak periods.

VALUE

One system
Web / WeChat / mini program / app / kiosk
In sync
Real-time inventory, less overselling
End-to-end
